Sergio is firstly and foremost a gentleman, he has all of the genuine qualities of an old fashioned Mercedes specialist. His ability, knowhow and skill to cut through the static and have your Benz performing the way it should. I feel calm knowing the job will be done right the first time and at a fair price. Serg goes the extra mile !! His rates are totally reasonable. His understanding of where you are coming from, is quite different to the normal. I think his professionalism is top shelf , his passion for the marque is on his sleeve and he genuinely cares. He didnt just perform the service , he advised me on tips and things to watch out for.
