When I lived at Merbrooke my furnace and air conditioning was constantly breaking down,it took maintenance to come out at least 2 days before fixing it. Once in the winter I had no heat for 1 bite was told to put heavy blankets on beds. I lived there over 10 years got fed up with it and moved. 1990s
