UPDATE: After seeing the response by the attorney...I'm more perplexed. I'm not on TikTok so this is a very strange response. This is their only retort. It takes a very poor attorney to throw their bad practice outcomes onto their clients. David and his assistant, Hana, handled my case, and in my opinion, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. Their billing felt excessive and exceeded the initial estimate, communication was poor, errors occurred, and progress was painfully slow—leading to nothing but frustration. They excel at creative billing, but when it comes to actual results, expect failure. poor communication, prone to mistakes, and painfully slow, they offer nothing but frustration.
