Update: hired Damian to repair porch and install handrails. Porch leaks and took my money and never installed the handrail, causing my insurance to be cancelled. Damian transformed our garage apartment into a beautiful space. He completely gutted the old space, discovered a siding nightmare, and made the space mostly as requested. I would recommend hiring your own electrician and plumber.
Highly recommend Damian Meraz and his team. The work was done in a timely manner with much attention to detail. Damian is honest and kind and we cannot say enough good things about him.
Damian painted my condo at the dawn condominiums and did a fantastic job, I highly recommend him. He was on time and adamant about pleasing his customers. This trip I discovered the sink in master was cracked. Damian replaced it the same day and it looks like new, he exceeded my every expectation. Always a pleasure.
