Stay away from this property manager Kris is very racist rude and hides behind text messages they are money hungry and they don’t care about the tenant at all just money the workers half fix everything I will never allow them to manage anything I own
They attempted to evict me over something they did not fix. I had reported it to multiple people and through their portal. Then left the drywall off the wall essentially leaving the backroom of my apartment without a wall for over a month.
DO NOT RENT!!!! While I was staying in one of their apartment buildings, my catalytic converter was stolen from my car. I didn't blame them at all, but when I called to report it to the owner, MARK, he showed no compassion. I asked if a camera could be put up in the parking lot because it is connected to a dark alleyway in a high-crime area. Horrible communication. Cancels work orders then say they’ll be out next day and hear nothing. Allowed me to move in with hole in ceiling cause leaks. Hole on porch ceiling leading to raccoon and squirrels. Rarely alerts to when work orders will be done. Continues to text old number when given new number. Apartment no clean upon move in had to scrub down windows. Updated just got home and got to pick up my bath mat which is white cotton and it’s black because they have no regard of peoples stuff this is ridiculous.
Mark is a great person however working with the lady in the office is and was horrible she is passive aggressive, does not communicate and will lock you account randomly so payment cant be permitted. Mark informed me that he was willing to give me a payment arrangement prior to filling for eviction on me. She refused to abide by this. Constantly made it hard for me to get rental assistance by simply not filling out the paper work needed and overall just plainly dismissive.
