Responsive management team that take care of their properties and renters. Kris has been my property manager for a year and has always gone above and beyond to help.
I had a horrific experience with this company. I was initially interested in renting a property but was not provided with an online application to complete instead their representative Kris, harassed me for hours via text message. I asked him multiple times to stop texting me and he would not. It was horrifying. He just would not leave me alone. Stay away from this property manager Kris is very racist rude and hides behind text messages they are money hungry and they don’t care about the tenant at all just money the workers half fix everything I will never allow them to manage anything I own
They attempted to evict me over something they did not fix. I had reported it to multiple people and through their portal. Then left the drywall off the wall essentially leaving the backroom of my apartment without a wall for over a month.
DO NOT RENT!!!! While I was staying in one of their apartment buildings, my catalytic converter was stolen from my car. I didn't blame them at all, but when I called to report it to the owner, MARK, he showed no compassion. I asked if a camera could be put up in the parking lot because it is connected to a dark alleyway in a high-crime area.
