The first time I came here I got a near perfect gel manicure. The shape, length, color were all fantastic. The tech was great and gave some fun recommendations of other types of manicures I could try. The second time, however, was horrible. The tech was clearly in a rush. She put one thin coat of regular polish on my toes and called that quits. I didn’t notice until later that it was really patchy and see through. It’s only been 2 days my nails look like it’s been 2 weeks grown out, I did ask to please paint all the way to the bottom but nail tech didn’t recommend 😒 service was great just wish the painting was 💯
I scheduled a pedicure for when I got out of work. I work in healthcare and have long days. I kept receiving calls/text messages about moving my appointment to an earlier time. I became frustrated because they did not stop. I canceled my appointment feeling as though if a time is posted on the calendar then why make it available to book if they’re going to harass you to move the appointment? Arletta is my manicurist and she is absolutely fabulous!!! I am very high maintenance & a perfectionist. She is extremely meticulous & takes her time. My nails look so sleek & elegant!! she is the best on Boston to the suburbs
