This company is a fraud. Promised a lower bill for switching and our bill is even higher than before. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.
Meraki and its related loan company Good Leap are a scam! Please turn and run the other way if they contact you in order to have solar panels. Over one year ago I stupidly signed up for Meraki to install solar on my roof. I DO NOT have solar. I had tried for hours on end to reach Meraki. I had left voicemails and emails to various representatives. All went unanswered. Just try to call the phone number listed for this company! Good luck. I had given this company a 5 star. Update after 6 months of solar. Customer service never gets back with me. I had to call almost 10 times over the course of 2 months to get any response. They send me to voicemail often and do not call back within 48 hours. They waited 4 months after install to turn the units on because they had never worked with my electric company (Xcel) in Colorado.
