Do not use this company!! Worst customer service I have ever seen. First of all it took over 6 MONTHS for the installation to be completed, then we have had issues back to back and every time we call the customer service number it takes over 45min-1hour for someone to answer, and say that someone will call us back to help us but no one does. I also tried reaching out by email and they do not respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We installed over 30 panels, which we were explained would be enough to cover our energy needs, but w... read more
Do not use this company!!!! They totally messed up my breaker panel.... Will not respond to email, text, call, bad reviews, BBB complaints..... I have NO AC in these hot months in Florida... Have spent a small fortune on window units to survive!!!! These people are HORRIBLE!!!!! MONTHS AND MONTHS OF ISSUES!!!! FROM 3 DAYS AFTER THE INSTALL!!!!
Rep that came to my house did not fully explain how the system and program works. We remember him stating that we would not receive a Teco bill anymore but this isn’t the case. Still getting 200-300$ bills on electric with 50 panels… We were also supposed to pay 20-30% of the solar system within 18 month range but we weren’t aware we would have to pay over $30,000 to remain at our monthly payment of 300, now stuck with a $400 monthly bill on solar.
