They put the solar panels on the wrong roof 2 and 1/2 years ago it caused about $20,000 worth of flood damage now they disappeared p no one wants to accept responsibility for it the meter isn't even in the right spot either the blueprints say something totally different

This place is trash! They were supposed to come replace a part in January. Still waiting! Now we find out we haven't been collecting solar since April. Spent $33,000 for junk on my roof. Can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. According to the automated service someone will contact within 3-5 days. We are past that again. Save yourself the trouble!
We started off when we purchased the solar over 3 years go happy. We had an inverter go down, and they notified us about them sending a service tech out to replace it before we even knew what was going on. Well that inverter is now bad, and we have had to pay full electric bills for the past 2 months. I have tried to contact Meraki and get the leave a message and someone will call you back in 3 to 5 business days gimmick. No not the case. I have left several messages and still no call back.
