3-5 business days for a call back from customer service
We’ve been trying to contact them for MONTHS!!!! NO ONE RETURNS CALL WHEN IT INVOLVES FIXING LEAKS IN THE ROOF, but somehow I get a call back when it seems like New Business for them. MY SYSTEM AND ROOF IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD AND ITS LEAKING, WWITH NO ONE TO COME OUT AND FIX IT. At this point I would give NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD
They don't respond to any correspondence at all. No phone, emails ,text, message or anything. They have gone dark
The company has a Zero for customer support, i have panels failing after being installed in 2022 and no one can be reached. I've been trying for a year to get Enphase or Meraki to assist with not luck. They are less that 10 miles from me and no one is in the office, no one returns calls, all lines want you to leave a message. Please do not use this company for Anything, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
