I was excited that I had won a free haircut and toner on a recent raffle on instagram,I called Meraki salon and Karen called me back to schedule an appointment initially the appointment was for Saturday at 2pm she also mentioned she had availability on Thursday @9 am,waited for her Thursday morning for about 30mins then decide to call her and let her know I was there,the call went to Voice mail then I received a text from her saying she had an appointment with a lender and that my appointment was not til 2pm amd I told her n... read more
I do not recommend this salon due to their unprofessional customer service. I have gotten my hair done by the owner (Karen) she talks about every client after they leave and get their service done. They also over process the hair to their desire and tell you your hair is or was already damaged. Please avoid this salon.
