Beth is fantastic at massage. She always checks ahead of time to be sure she knows exactly how deep a massage you want, and if there are any areas to focus on or avoid. She presents a very welcoming and calming atmosphere.
I have been looking for this kind of massage. It was such an incredible, nurishing, relaxing experience. I had so much energy afterwards because she thoroughly released the tension in my muscles. I highly recommend Beth!

This is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Beth has a great sense of finding all the knots and tension in your body and releasing them. She also does some cranial sacral work, which I love.
