Super disappointing experience. Tried to get a quote for a wedding bouquet in November, never heard back till mid December after following up a second time…they said they would get back to me…never did. So I followed up again a few weeks later and to date I still have not heard from her. Can’t even bother to reply, terrible customer service.

Honestly Antoinetta's service is just hands down one of the best i've ever experienced, from request after request regarding the bouquet im having made she followed and suggested alternatives to help me decide. What sets the experience apart from others is her going the extra mile to help me surprise my girlfriend on her special day by helping me buy a cake from a store nearby, Im from the Philippines and she helped me coordinate with the bakery (Sugar Blooms).
