Sarayu is a deeply thoughtful and grounded therapist who brings care, discernment, and integrity to everything she does. She has a rare capacity to slow things down, hold complexity, and respond from clarity rather than reactivity. I respect her not only for her clinical depth, but for how seriously she takes ethical responsibility and relational impact. She’s someone I would trust without hesitation.
As someone who has been seeing therapists off and on since I was a teen, I can honestly say that is hard to find someone who genuinely cares & doesn’t talk to you like you’re crazy. I highly recommend Sarayu! She creates a welcoming & comfortable environment.
