If I can give them a 0 star I would. The owner has actively discharged children from her practice if their parents raise concerns about policies or have disagreements and express themselves. She refuses to provide policies when requested and demands we take her word. She keeps everyone’s credit cards on file for her own journal and charges families ahead of time for services rendered up to two days prior without consent. I was starting to feel like I made the rite choice to get treatment for depression UNTIL they told me that because I have a lawyer for Social Security and he's requesting medical records, that I now have to pay out of pocket. I am so confused when my medicaid pays for my first visit and the visits to follow. It's like I'm being discriminated against. Main reason why I hold stuff in because of mess like this which is unlawful.

Staff is professional , office is always clean .. everyone is friendly . Ana, my therapist has helped me . She challenges me to be better and I Feel better when our session has finished .

The people here are very kind and understanding, they try their best to create a comforting atmosphere and give you the help you need. I'm grateful for them and hope they can expand more in the future for sure.

I called in to confirm if they accepted my daughter's insurance as I have been going crazy calling so many places to get the much needed help for her. We have not started treatment but this initial call was such a great experience, great customer service and I was provided with so much information that I know this is the right place to start her healing process. Thank you, Kiara for being such a wonderful soul and being so patient with me.
