I had to give one star because zero isn't an option. My friend got a good eyebrow microblading. I wanted to see the facility before making an appointment. The office was closed, but the website says it's open. I called many times and no one answers. When I finally got someone on the phone, Stephanie said the building has water problems...but the salon next door was open.
