Brooke is an amazing hair stylist. I caved and now have red hair so I see a red hair specialist but when I was in my dark hair/natural era, she helped so much! When I went to visit, I would get a hair treatment to keep my hair healthy and a trim. When I decide to go back to mg natural hair, I look forward to coming back 🤍
My experience with hairstylist, Brooke, began positively, the aftercare was not. After expressing concerns that my $370 color service did not reflect the photos we discussed and kindly attempted to work with her on a solution, she stopped responding; the concern was left unresolved. I found this to be unprofessional and felt the situation was not handled appropriately.
First experience, and truly the best experience! I love Colleen; she is an expert, calm, and so nice. She provided me with a warm greeting and the best service. She also taught me how to style my new hair and which products I should use. You are wonderful, Colleen!
