Great building and location but new management is very slow to resolve problems. Moved out a few months ago and have still not been refunded half a month of rent which I was overcharged for on my last month.
Having just moved in, I've been impressed by how clean the building is and how much the staff genuinely care about both the property and the residents. Full-time cleaners and security regularly patrol the grounds and garage, ensuring everything remains well maintained and safe. Maintenance staff were especially helpful, making my move-in process smooth and straightforward. The residents here are also friendly, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. If you are considering moving into a building managed by Thrive, let this be your warning: save yourself the headache and keep looking. Since our building switched to Thrive, the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Basic requests that used to be handled professionally are now met with delays, indifference, and attitude. There is nothing to not like about this building. The rooftop and amenities are well kept. The walls are solid so there is minimal to no neighbor noises. The best part is the parking underground that is shared with the google offices so it is always secure!! No homeless or sus characters in the area. Generally very quiet street and close to everything in SLU. And finally the staff is amazing, kind and helpful. They organize resident events every month or so that are well liked and attended.
