Shiela was amazing!! I fully recommend ashiatsu massage. Sheila focused on some of my pain points but overall worked my entire body and eliminated the tightness I was experiencing. The pressure was not excessive and when it was too deep, she immediately eased up and worked the tightness out gently. If you have been considering this type of massage, just go for it. Wonderful, relaxing massage in a uber relaxing environment with tea served after! That was a first for me. Sheila uses all sorts of oils and potions and hot rocks too. I had an experience with hot rocks once before, and I thought that I didn’t enjoy it. I know now that I do.
Very happy with my experience at Mer Massage. First massage of my life and it was amazing! Sheila is very thoughtful and careful in her approach, already scheduled another appointment and would highly recommend Sheila to friends and family!
