I've been seeing Sheila now for several months for Ashiatsu and she has been amazing. Her massages have helped with my neck and back pain and I highly recommend her. I'm super picky and don't give 5 star ratings as a general rule. Christine B (RN)
I saw Alondra for a 90min massage today and she was lovely! It was so nice to find someone who truly does actual deep tissue massage which I needed badly! She was welcoming, kind, made me feel very comfortable, easy to chat with but also gave space for quiet and relaxation, and her space was very clean and relaxing. I look forward to coming back, again!
I went into the Yo-Massage after a busy work day running hard and was very anxious at the start of class. It didn’t take long to calm down and by the time it was done I was as cool as Jimmy Buffet. Great experience and would recommend to anyone that just needed to relax
It was obvious Sheila knows what she's doing. When she comes across a knot, she knows it as if she felt it in her own body. She understands the body tissue, direction of muscles and her massage strokes match what the body needs. Overall, great experience. I look forward to when I'm able to have a deep tissue massage again.
Took yo-Massage this week and it was so nice to have an environment to turn off the world. From the moment you walk into the room, even in a group class, you are transformed to another world. I love the gentle stretching and massage. Need a refresh call Sheila.
