It was obvious Sheila knows what she's doing. When she comes across a knot, she knows it as if she felt it in her own body. She understands the body tissue, direction of muscles and her massage strokes match what the body needs. Overall, great experience. I look forward to when I'm able to have a deep tissue massage again.

Sheila mixes a little bit of the spa experience with excellent therapy massage. She listens to your needs and focuses on what you ask. She's willing to explain what she's doing, answer questions, talk about unrelated topics, or let the silence be, all depending on what the customer prefers. I've experienced both ashiatsu and deep tissue massages from her and both styles are administered really well. Can definitely recommend. I schedule about one visit per month.
Shiela was amazing!! I fully recommend ashiatsu massage. Sheila focused on some of my pain points but overall worked my entire body and eliminated the tightness I was experiencing. The pressure was not excessive and when it was too deep, she immediately eased up and worked the tightness out gently. If you have been considering this type of massage, just go for it. I had the most amazing massage with Sheila on Monday, July 14th. I started with a bit of shoulder pain, old injury and left feeling incredible. This morning, woke up feeling great as well. Thanks Sheila! I'll be back!
