I was continuing to have issues since the restructuring. I decided to change to a new pharmacy. The pharmacist of the new pharmacy called Mequon Family to transfer both my and my mothers prescription records. I received a phone call from a worker at Mequon Family to verify the transfer. She asked why I was leaving? I said it was just easier with the new pharmacy. She said "ok fine" and hung up on me. This pharmacy is gouging consumers for drugs that are hard to find. They will only dispense generic vyvance (hard-to-find drug) with a "Convenience fee". Even my doctors office have said that they've never heard of a pharmacy charging a "Convenience Fee". Today I called at least twelve pharmacies on behalf of my Autistic and ADHD son - looking for (hard-to-find) Vyvance (Lisdexamphetamine).
