I would very highly recommend MEP Realty Investments, and the great service and professional communications with owner Maria Elena Perez, one of, if not the greatest soul I've ever met. She personally handled, and listed my home in Baldwin Park, and sold it the same day! Sold it twice actually!! I had the extreme pleasure to work with Ms. Maria Elena Perez on the sale of my home. Ms. Perez was very thorough on all details, marketing strategies and promotion of my home. The professionalism of her and her team was extraordinary! Ms. Perez was in constant communication with me in keeping me informed of any progress or questions that I had. I cannot say enough about Maria Elena and Mary Walason. Our sale should have been quick and painless, but turned into a 6 month ordeal (bad buyer).
