I just picked up my new to me 2022 Pacifica from Menzies Chrysler. Rick, Rohan and Zain went above and beyond to make my experience buying a van the best I've ever had. There was no pressure and everything was explained so thoroughly. There service department did an amazing job detailing it too. It looks brand new. I recently had my daughter’s car into Menzies’s for repairs. My advisor was Elix, he was welcoming and professional. He kept me informed about repair costs, time to complete. Got the car back in the early afternoon and Ron’s terrific. I’ll certainly request him on my next car issue and highly recommend him to my friends and family.
Service team was awesome , we got our vehicle inspected in a timely fashion. Our service advisor Elix was attentive and suggested the needed maintenance and got our vehicle back quickly !! Thank you
