Service department is super friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the work done on my ram. They worked with me to get the job done at a reasonable cost and a timely manner. Will definitely be going back for any of my service needs in the future.
Just got word that my truck has been fully serviced and a warranty repair completed which has been outstanding for a while. Menzies service manager Elix was very helpful and went out of his way to complete the outstanding warranty issue by getting parts from another dealership. The Service Advisor Elix greeted me upon my arrival at Menzies yesterday. Since the check-in bay was full, he came right outside to speak to me in my vehicle. After confirming the details of my appointment, he immediately arranged for the foreman to do a quick road test with me to search for the source of the suspension/steering noise. It was an easy painless transaction. Staff was excellent through the whole process.
EDIT: Two months later, SURPRISE my van was repossessed because Menzies didn't practice due diligence. There was an existing lien on my van! Yes they provided me with a temp car. Yes they paid the lien off. Yes I got my van back. Yes they gave me a free detailing (not a very good one) and a year's worth of oil changes. How often should I change my oil in a year?
