Sydney baggage never answer phone or email in Sydney. They have held my baggage for days with no ETA.
Adam was amazing . Somebody at Melbourne gave us bad info, but once we landed at Sydney he was able to track our bags down and get them sent over no hassle. Somebody called the next day and said our bags would be delivered the next day, that day came and went. However when I reached back out the following day, Adam gave me an accurate timeline. He's awesome. Bags secured. Thank you
their forklift drivers is horrible, slowest worker on earth. Waited almost 2 hrs just to unload 3 pallets, what a complete joke.
Horrific customer service. Vueling Airlines lost my bag, only to find it and send it back to Sydney Airport. Catherine in Menzies Aviation was very rude and passive aggressive- refuses to deliver it to me and says I have 7 days to pick it up or she will "send it back overseas" to Vueling. I live an hour from the airport. Vuelings policies are that they deliver the luggage to me, but there is no way to contact them at all. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!
