While I was on the phone, minding my own business and not engaging with anyone, a staff member began berating me about my behaviour despite the fact that I was doing nothing to anyone. He went out of his way to publicly harass and embarrass me in front of others. This company is a scam. They consist of incompetent individuals such as Mark Brinkworth 🤡 (SVP Ground Handling Oceania) and the entire Adelaide team who hang up on calls to avoid listening to feedback and complaints. Do not trust them and immediately request compensation at the airport itself. They do not offer any of their advertised services as confirmed by their response. They ghost customers, claim they don't work during business hours, and are prolific for bad customer service as evidenced by their reviews and warnings... read more

It's almost impressive how bad this company's service is. The only thing more impressive is their commitment to delivering such bad service so consistently. 100+ one-star reviews, all highlighting the same issues, and nothing appears to have changed.
