April 12: We had black granite countertops installed. April 29: Installed backsplash but could not finish because they had cut the backsplash incorrectly. May 8: Returned to finish the backsplash. Overall very positive. My sales representative Ashley was knowledgeable and guided me in my decision making. Always prompt answering my inquiries. With her help I am thrilled with my selection. The installation team was prompt, precise in their cuts, neat, and courteous. Because of these individuals I was 100% satisfied and highly recommend Menzie.

Menzie flooring did my Mohawk revwood flooring in my new home. I had some issues with it slipping in spots and also spacing between the boards. Menzie sent one of their employees out to fix it and he put Gorilla glue to fix the slipping which in turn got glue all over the floors. The owner then came out to address the glue and the other spacing issue. He asked if the floors had ever gotten wet and we explained they had not. The salesperson walked us around the showroom and told us about the difference between the options. The countertops were installed on time and look beautiful. We were told how to care for the stone that was installed. We were pleased with the entire process.
