I was very disappointed in my experience at Menza Luna. I have had good experiences years ago with different staff. However, I was given a junior stylist for a job she clearly wasn't ready for and it was unfortunate that she didn't receive the direction or guidance necessary to be successful. She was sweet and I stayed the course because of it.
