Came here right after dinner rush, around 7:30pm. We were able to be seated right away. The staff informed us that we could order on our phone, which was neat because we can browse the menu and order at our own pace. In addition to the mazesoba bowls we ordered, we also got the matcha latte, which was amazing! It had a good strength and was not milky at all! I get matcha every time I come here and it never disappoints. Eric was very helpful and attended to us properly whenever we needed anything. Great waiter.

The food was not good as expected. Best chashu I have ever had but the seaweed flavor was overwhelming, and the chives didn’t complement the noodles at all. While the staff were friendly, the service became very slow when the restaurant was crowded. And the price is higher than average ramen place.

The food here is very unique and a different spin on ramen. I think it totally worth trying. I prefer brothless ramen as I'm not a big fan of ramen broth. The service here is laughable though. The waitresses give you the napkin, chopsticks, spoon, in a cup and you have to set the table up yourself. I went on a Tuesday night and it wasn't very crowded, so I don't understand why they can't take 5 minutes to set the tables up themselves.
