Horrible experience. Verbal agreement saturday, doesn't send lease until Tuesday, doesn't use standard lease has custom lease, agree on 2 changes. 1) Owner can't sell the unit for 6mo which would force us to move 2) Owner is responsible if the washer/dryer breaks not the tenant. Friday still no lease, explain that their HOA is saying up to 30days for approval, so will need to move back the start date as 2 weeks when we don't even have the signed lease isn't going to be enough time and I need to extend my current lease anothe... read more
