Very professional and prompt, on time as promised
Mentors did a fantastic job with our out of state move despite multiple changes on our end, including a last minute change in drop off location. Keith fit us in for a property tour and quote despite having a full schedule and explained everything to us. Loved how we were able to go online and make adjustments to our move inventory list before the move as we sold some large items vs. moving them. This was the best experience we have ever had...without any doubt! I was an Army brat so I know what moving can and shouldn't be. The whole team was wonderful. 6 guys were very efficient, careful, nice and professional. It was an emotional and stressful day for us but everything went so smoothly. Nothing was broken or ruined. They made the whole thing a lot less stressful. From the moment we made the first phone call to set it all up, to the delivery and unloading, there was no problems. I want to thank David, who coordinated the whole thing. He was exceptionally nice and caring. I would definitely recommend Mentors to anyone. Thanks again.
