The customer service rep called a few times to see when I was ready to move.. it was convenient to say yes when the time arrived for my move in date. They called and let me know when they were on their way.There were a couple hiccups.. the wrong address came up. Wrong storage address.. but that didn’t affect their customer service.. an elevator involved, they have special moving equipment to accommodate this very professional!!
They did an amazing job with our move! We had a lot of stuff. They packed a 26’ truck to the brim utilizing every square inch of space. They did it quick and were super nice. I would definitely use them again
Everything went really well. The movers were professional and did an excellent job. They took care of all my furniture. I highly recommend them if you are moving and don’t want the stress that comes with it. It was really worth it. Thanks guys!
