I recently visited for pain in my lower back and had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted, immediately checked in and waited no more than 5 minutes before I was called back. Dr. Dawson was so friendly and helpful. I even got a call back from Laura a few days later stating they wanted to change my meds once they got the full results back. So friendly and the follow through was amazing. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me.
Don't bother with online check in. When you get there they'll tell you it's still a 2 hour wait. I called my primary and got an appointment with the nurse practitioner right away.
Was mocked on the phone for being friendly then hung up on smh
It's been a couple years now and I feel like I can finally post. My now husband had a cold sore not knowing it's actually the hsv. I contracted it with neither of us knowing what was happening. From the moment I started describing the symptoms, both the doctor and the nurse started judging and talking down to me. The nurse wouldn't even look me in the eye. $320 for less than 5 minutes with a supposed doctor who did no diagnostics and made an educated guess.. Never again.
