The doctors here are the absolute best. I have 5 kids and have been seeing various doctors for over 20 years. Eery single one has been terrific. I dislike the takeover from UH and some of the corporate changes with that, but the actual care received is excellent. For instance, I have a daughter who has SUPER anxiety with shots. When it came time for the flu vaccine the year before last, she would only let me take her here to receive it (until FluMist came about again last year, thank goodness). Horrible! We have been part of this practice for 18 months and we wait for 30 min to an hour every time we have an appointment. The office rarely picks up the phone. On several occasions we wanted to speak with a pediatrician regarding our child’s health and nobody was available to answer questions/concerns. I will never return to this office. Absolutely the worst medical experience.
I would highly recommend any of the doctors here. Dr. Lester is amazing. She is kind, professional, and thorough. She always addresses all of our concerns. If she doesn’t have an answer, she will get you an answer from a colleague that specializes in that area of medicine. I can say the same for Dr. Kretzmer and all of the pediatricians we have seen over the past 13 years.
My 2 week okd son had a nasty rash that WAS NOT normal at all and they brushed it off three times. two weeks went by it the span of them telling me everything was fine and my now 4 week old son was in the hospital twice for feever and bleeding from tne rash. the most recent emergency room visit, we were told he has a heast infection, contact dermititis, and candida. I wonder if his dr took the time to look at him istead of NOT looking at all and telling me it was normal for newborns to have if this could have been treated so... read more
