The receptionists at this office are not friendly at all. It's like they enjoy playing head games with you so that you leave feeling confused and misunderstood. This experience is in person and on the phone. I'd put money on them not giving an ounce of care for my child. I feel only selfishness and inconvenience from them. Especially the one older lady. I'll never come back again I switched offices after about 5 or 6 generous chances.

Horrifying experience!!!! I took my new born son to see Doctor Lester on 1/24/25 and he was 4 days old. I declined to give him the infant RSV vaccine because my research has shown severe risks associated with it. The FDA stopped administering it in December of 2024 and just recently cleared it. Once I declined the Vaccine the next words out of Diane's mouth were to tell me my child will not be treated at this campus anymore. Horrible! We have been part of this practice for 18 months and we wait for 30 min to an hour every time we have an appointment. The office rarely picks up the phone. We have had several times where we wanted to speak to a pediatrician regarding our child and there was nobody available to pick up the phone. I will never return to this office. Absolutely the worst medical experience.

There needs to be action taken to recruit and employ a better administrative team at this office. The receptionists are deplorable. I called to make my child an appointment at 4 PM today, after I picked her up sick from daycare. I sat on hold for 30 minutes, only to receive an automated message at 4:30 PM on the dot, telling me the office is closed and to call back tomorrow. Who is in charge of this team? If you have a caller on the line, let alone a parent of a sick child, why on Earth is it acceptable to ignore calls? They... read more

If I could do less than a star, I would. Receptionist or whomever she is, Michelle is absolutely terrible. Asked for them to check my son due to some breathing issues and asked for an RSV test and a COVID test. She advised to go to the ER. I asked for them to check him out first, and her response was that they would be cancelling his appointment. So refusing to care for a sick child.
