This is by far the most unorganized company that I have ever seen. The staff is only nice when they're trying to persuade you to keep a child. Once you raise a concern they're very nonchalant and dismiss your concerns. I currently have a child in my home that was highly talked about. His chart did not tell any of the things that he really was doing.
