I took my wife to this emergency room and they were exceptional. I was impressed with how quick she got care and how quickly they had a long term plan with Hillcrest. Our nurse, Cindy, was amazing and compassionate. I didn't know an Emergency Room could be that well run.
“Nurse Tammy” needs to find a different job since she has zero empathy for her patients. Made me feel unsafe, so I asked if my mother could come back with me & she said “no you don’t have to be nasty”
DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR!!!! I’ll be submitting WHY they don’t deserve a 1 star with the head honcho!! The ER staff on night shift…ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! And you should all be ashamed of yourself!!!
I decided to get an ultrasound done of my liver at this hospital due to the Cleveland clinic closer to my town not having appointments available at my convenience. I must say the radiology department did a fantastic job and had wonderful bedside manner and were thorough with my ultrasound. The tech I had was a very nice person. I might start going here if I need testing done from now on.
