i don't think i can say ENOUGH good things about my care team that went above and beyond during my stay. Kristi my nurse, Jane at the ED, the twins that work on the second floor! the kind janitors. literally don't think you'll find a better team of nurses to take care of you elsewhere.
She helped me when no one else would in the midst of crisis! I’m extremely grateful
This was my first visit to mentor hospital,as I am a big fan of Cleveland clinic I visited the emergency room for flank pain, it was a disaster from the beginning the nurse that drew my blood got blood all over my jacket, the physian assistant, came to my room one time to talk to me I was there for hours with no knowledge of what's was going on stopped a nurse told her I had to leave my kids could not get in house totally ignored me lost faith in Cleveland clinic
I had a scheduled surgery at Mentor Hospital. Everyone from the front desk check in, pre and post op care and inpatient care were friendly, kind and compassionate.The surgical staff were all top notch professionals. Communication for appointments were streamlined with reminders. Hospital is exceptionally clean with modern technology. I definitely would recommend this hospital.
I had three tests scheduled over 2 hours. The staff was so coordinated and efficient, they had me in and out in under an hour.
