Their student edition ModelSim for Windows is such garbage that when I try to edit a file it goes into an infinite loop of opening more instances of ModelSim. Not to mention the built in text editor is garbage as well as it lacks many features of a decent free editor. I would never buy the actual supported product if this is the level of quality I can expect.
