Craig has been a tremendous help; I've made more progress towards my goals in six months than I had in years of counseling with others. Highly recommended!
My personal experience was mediocre at best. Inconsistent tracking of billing, therapy sessions that felt like pep talks rather than real help, and lack of response of their end in terms of appointment making. Wish there were more options locally.
Ashley was fantastic with my son during TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Even though he is not a fan of therapy of any kind, she found ways to engage him in the process. As a result, he was in a much better place once he completed the TF-CBT program. She is also a wonderful resource for parents who navigate challenging parenting roads.
Ashley is an absolutely terrific therapist. She has helped me to be comfortable in my own skin along with many other things. She has provided a safe non judgemental place for me, too.
