Great place to get your life back
I wish I could give this facility ZERO STARS. My mother had a traumatic brain injury in September and went to an inpatient rehab therapy hospital in Houston. When she returned from Houston she was able to walk on her own and had increased motor skills on her left extremities. When my mother started outpatient therapy at NeuroRestorative my mother began to decline. This place has some amazing nurses and certain therapist. It has potential to be an amazing place but the facility director never takes complaints seriously she acts like its not a big deal and shoves everything under. Then their is the case manager you always have to be after what you need otherwise it wont be accomplished.
