I used to be very impressed by this practice but things are going downhill fast. He is very hard to get a hold of, barely takes 2 seconds to listen to what's going on. I tried to bring up another issue besides my medication refill and he said he'll talk to me about it in a month. This is my primary care physician, I don't have a month to wait. Dr.Brown is very easy to talk to he doesn't make you feel judged like other doctors sometimes do! Quick and easy refills

I emailed Dr. Thomas Brown on 6/26 inquiring about new patients. I get a call back on 7/1 (12:46pm) from someone who was totally unprepared and unprofessional. He puts me on hold for so long that I hung up. Never got a call back. 🤷‍♂️ Next…
