I would not recommend this practice. I agreed to a genetic test recommend by my provider. They failed to tell me that the test required preauthorization through my insurance. As a result, the test did not get covered and I am now stuck with a bill. When I called Mental Wellness the first time, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. One month later I received another statement for the genetic testing site in the mail. I called Mental Wellness again. They responded that they never do preauthorization on those. ... read more
Sherry is so wonderful and understanding, anything I need changed or adjusted at anytime shes always there to help. I ask a million questions and shes so patient with us. Staff at the front desk is wonderful aswell!
i’ve never felt more judged and unheard in my life. i was misdiagnosed, i don’t think you can properly diagnose someone after only talking to them for 30 minutes.
She helped me regain balance and clarity and gave me a proper diagnosis. Now I feel better then I have mentally in many years. Thank you for all you do for me and my family.
