I used them for the first time last month and overall my experience was pleasant. I received a prescription quickly and would recommend them for medication support (refills, evaluation etc) and basic emotional support. Telecare is a good company with many programs for different needs. My only wish would maybe be that the facility looked a little nicer, warmer and bright vs dark, cold and dingy.

This place is great! My niece needed a refill of her Effexor but she was in the process of switching insurance providers. Her shrink's office refused to issue a refill without paying $200 out of pocket which she couldn't afford. Her medication causes severe withdrawal almost immediately so she was freaking out. We found this place and she walked right in, met with a very nice guy who did her intake interview, a nurse to go over her vitals and current medications, then she met with the NP who electronically sent the refill to... read more
