Mitch is the first therapist I have ever seen who was able to identify trauma and depression in me. He listens to me but also gives me feedback and suggestions; actions that I can take. He often identifies issues that would have taken me years to figure out on my own. I like that Mitch stays on top of research and tries new techniques. He has really helped me to heal and move forward.
In a word, fantastic. I came to Silverstein with several things to discuss, a couple were chronic issues. His calm and pleasant demeanor helped me to gain the trust I needed. It didn’t happen all at once but after coming to sessions regularly and doing my part of the work, I feel like my emotional journey is far more positive now than it ever could have been. Thank you for all of our conversations: highly recommended.
