And exactly what country is your organisation built on? the neami national step up step down staff at joondalup are extremely rude & have the least welcoming attitude that ypu expect from such a service. i was asked to wait outside the office, as i was 15mins early. then i got a phone call. while taking this call a female staff did all she could to interupt my call, while TELLING me to leave site. ???????. what was the point ??????. was i supposed to leave site, only to turn around straight away so i could attend my appointment ?????. 5 mins later (10mins before my appointment) i... read more
Yeh besides virtually everyone breaking the rules, and no policing by staff if you are serious about your mental health and well being, find somewhere else, support is poor and judgemental, and found a better place and got the help I needed...if you want to party drink and do all manner of things by all means ...they get payed for having full beds not for healing people in dire need.
