Tremendous facility with amazing staff, obviously it has its flaws but when I was there 4 years ago it helped me more than anything. Especially being able to have the space to clear your mental thoughts and work through them. I feel like maybe there needs to be a bit more communication between client and staff to suit their own personal needs. Please please take on this feedback. I don’t think anything has changed since Casey’s review. The staff spend all day and night in the office. There is no structure to the days. There needs to be some sort of time table put in place. This is peoples lives not just a number. This facility has the potential to be extraordinary but it isn’t being to its potential.
