Went once and they had no idea who I was after me giving them my name and date of birth 4 times. On the day of my therapy’s appointment they never sent me the link for telahealth then blamed me for giving them the wrong email even though I know I gave them the first one. When I called to cancel all my remaining appointments they only canceled one and now my phone has been blowing up because someone didn’t do their job correctly and cancel my appointments. Most of the staff here are excellent. I like that they return calls and help quite a bit with medications for one of my kids. One bad experience prevents 5 stars🌟.

What a business! I called hoping to start counseling and was told next day someone will get in touch. Nothing for 7 days, I called back and was told the person was on vacation and is returning next day and I'll get a call. Nothing for another 7-8 days. The really sad thing is that I had counseling with them about 5 years ago, Ric Boyce, and I was pleased with the service. My wife had service after her dad passed and she said it was great, really helped her. Needless to say I don't recommend this place
