extremely well presented and highly interactive, I couldn't give any higher praise to Mick and the team for wanting to get this out there which has always been such a taboo topic. Its a brave task asking someone if they are thinking of suicide but what is taught is to how to deal with a YES response which is scary. Being able to ask the question when you see the signs can save a life, so if you havnt done one of Micks session book in now.
