A waiting list for mental therapy is ridiculous, when people are struggling with mental health it should be taken very seriously, and when you actually do get the approval then they sit you in front of a web cam to talk to someone, not face to face, this is just ridiculous
Please stay away from this place. They have broken so many HIPPA laws. If you don't want everyone knowing about your mental health, look for a more reputable place.. I was also surprised to see the workers and supervisor making posts on this, and then restrict their posts,, weird.. like I said find a better place and ask to check your records, their records keeping is dishonest..
A lot of people have negative reviews about MHR but they have been nothing but amazing to me. I’ve seen the same therapist and physiatrist for 2 years now and I wouldn’t be where I am today without their help. Staff is nice and have always gotten me in if I had a small emergency and needed to talk to. I. So grateful I found them when I was at my lowest.
