although the company is welcoming when they answer my calls, it is rare for them to pick up the phone. i will call multiple times, leave voicemails, and never get my calls returned. i also have a difficult time with scheduling my appointments as i will confirm an appointment time with my therapist during our meetings but then i am sent an email confirmation days later saying it’s on a different day/time. it is frustrating to have smooth communication with the office and whenever i need immediate support they are unable to ac... read more
