Mental Health Residential has been a complete lifesaver for me. I came seeking help with my mental health and got way more than I bargained for, in the best way! I wasn't very familiar with somatic therapy before but I now believe it's truly the only kind of therapy that works for me. Add on top of that acupuncture and tai chi, and I feel like a whole new woman. Beautiful Residential and amazing staff. Everybody is so kind and accommodating to whatever particular needs you may have. Rooms are spacious and Idylwild is the most beautiful place I have ever been to. The acupuncture I received from Dr. Miles treated my physical impairments while Cindys Somatic Therapy treated my soul and emotional impairments making me feel safe in my own body again. This experience was amazing I cant recommend it enough for anybody suffering with depression, SI, grief or anxiety. Thank you!!!
I’m really thankful for my time at Mental Health Residential. The clinical staff was solid, smart, attentive, and actually present. I never felt like I was being talked at or pushed through a system. And honestly, the location matters more than you’d think. It’s quiet, beautiful, and gave me space to breathe and clear my head while I worked on myself. This place helped me get steadier and move forward in a real way.
