once I reached out to them, based upon one of their physicians approved through United Health, they couldn't tell me if the physicain I requested was available and they had to call my UHC member number. That is fine but just giving them my member number wasn't enough. I had to submit copies of ID, and copies of my UHC card. They told me just a couple hrs to approve. I switched to this company because my normal provider was no longer accepting my insurance, but they have since become contracted and I am switching back. I had a difficult time getting a hold of my provider to ask some questions regarding my medication. I reached out via text, where they told me to use the online patient portal where I can speak "direct to the provider." Jasmine is the BEST! She always listens without interruption & strongly considers any external concerns I bring regarding treatment (ie other medical diagnoses, chronic illnesses, etc). She doesn’t hesitate to assign questionnaires and diagnostic tools if appropriate, & includes me in every decision to make sure I’m comfortable with it before proceeding.
