Called and made an appointment and they couldn't get me in for a month. I decided to just got with it well today was my appointment and they called me 20 minutes after my appointment time to cancel and then reschedule for another month out. Some of us are struggling and that month is excruciating and for them to reschedule for another month out..is something I can't understand..I made another appointment elsewhere.
I found mental health partners after a stay in the hospital. It was difficult to get a appt with a prescriber at first but I have had 2 amazing ones. My therapist is awesome and trained in EMDR. Rude staff on the phone. Spent 20 minutes on hold on several occasions trying to make an appointment for a family member. When I finally spoke to someone I was told they are not taking any patients unless they have Medicaid. All this is not what the website states. The woman who answered the phone was not helpful at all. Unfortunate. Hoping they are actually helping people and not just a website.
