Trying to call several times and the receptionist keeps hanging up the phone. Very difficult to book appointments.

If you make an appointment it might as well not exist since the office has people that walk-in without appointments go ahead of you if your appointment was made via teleheath. I called 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have been and was told that the Dr. still had patients ahead of me because they walked in - so my appointment was deprioritized because it was not in person. Would not reccomend.
