Trying to call several times and the receptionist keeps hanging up the phone. Very difficult to book appointments.

If you make an appointment it might as well not exist since the office has people that walk-in without appointments go ahead of you if your appointment was made via teleheath. I called 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have been and was told that the Dr. still had patients ahead of me because they walked in - so my appointment was deprioritized because it was not in person. Would not reccomend.

I wrote a review on here about the receptionist service at this office two years ago but then I felt bad and deleted it. This time I’m not, the customer service at this office is 0, especially the front desk women. My first review was concerning her and this one as well, she lacks empathy and you always feel like she’s annoyed just even picking up the phone. I was recommended by my PCP to Dr. Hernando and have been seeing him for the last two years but the problem is I've only ever seen the doctor twice in these two years. I am ALWAYS directed to the Nurse Practitioner and I don't feel like this practice cares about my mental health. They dont provide monthly mental evaluations if i need to increase or decrease my dosages and the receptionists are the worst.
