staff was always nice, helpful, and accommodating. however, the food was always cold once it got to us and was never very good. i also started throwing up not long after finally getting home and i hadn’t eaten anything else aside from the food here all day. update: it’s been over 24 hours since i started being symptomatic with food poisoning and now sitting down hurts. it hasn’t stopped. the kitchen needs to be closed down! and i’m not even the only one in my unit that had this problem!
I was sent here by my family because I was having a manic episode. I came out more traumatized then I did going in. This place is like being in a prison. I was scared to death. I had men walking in my room at night and I felt alone and scared. This made my mental Illness worse. Please don’t send anyone here EVER! 🙏🏼
Traumatic I remember they gave me a wrong pill and I had a panic attack cause whatever pill they gave me made me go crazy and felt extremely dizzy I was screaming because I was scared and they threatened me to give me a shot to calm down because I was being loud I also remember crying and one of the doctors said they had enough with kids crying and doctors would say mean things to me I didn't like that this was the first hospital that I went to absolutely terrible
