Harasses patients with bills for months; treats people like animals at a zoo behind that glass. Doctors and nurses (if you can call them that) lacking basic empathy and are heartless excuses for “humans”.
Michelle should not be working in the mental health industry. From being rude and combative when asked questions in a calm matter, to telling a patient in a mental health facility that they are “acting crazy”. That should be enough for her to lose her license for good. Bitter old woman.

I am so grateful for every one of you for saving and helping someone I care incredibly deeply about. thank you for all of your great work, from the triage nurses to the security guard and everyone else who helped make sure she was safe and cared for. If i could, i would add 5 more stars. Thank you all again so much and god bless
Horrible place. Was admitted for being suicidal and needed help, yet they completely disregarded my needs. Put me in a room with other disabled people after talking to me ONCE and just left me there with my own thoughts for 8 hours. They have these people behind a glass wall looking at us like we're a damn zoo. Asked for a referral cause I was trying to be helpful, yet they declined my request saying they don't do that there. How can you receive help from such a place when even its employees see you as a nuisance?
